After graduating from Rutgers University with a graphic design degree, I went on to work in the industry for 5 years. After gaining valuable experience working at an architecture and interior design firm, a large NY law firm, a small start-up entertainment licensing company and starting and designing a t-shirt line I was ready for a new endeavor. Enters 360 Creative Approach. A chance to work with some of the most talented in the industry to bring you creative solutions to a wide array of situations.

Charlotte DeStefano, PR Specialist
Charlotte graduated from NYU with a Marketing and Public Relations degree. After completing two impressive internships at boutique public relations firm Pitch Control and at Time Magazine, she went on to work on the Obama for America presidential campaign as a Deputy Field Organizer. Using this experience of taking an idea to the streets she began working with me at the small entertainment licensing agency and partnered with me in the creation of our t-shirt line. Now she takes this drive and motivation and applies it to your brand!

Katie is our New York City connection. After graduating from James Madison University with a degree in graphic design, Katie worked for several years for the CIA. Gaining experience that she could not have gained anywhere else she went on to continue her impressive career with a couple of the largest NYC law-firms as their creative director. At the same time, Katie has always pursued different opportunities in her spare time to strengthen her marketing skills and overall kean communication style. Katie is an asset to the company as she can offer another creative eye to any design project as well as take your brand to the next level with social media.

Jenna is our resident social butterfly. Always planning events, making new friends and discovering new and exciting places. After graduating from Rider University with a degree in elementary education, Jenna went on to teach for 6 years. All while continuing to strengthen her party planning skills on the side. She brings the fun and excitement to the company with her creative ability to take any dream you might have for your next event or party and making it a reality.

Brad Gross - Photographer / Accountant
Brad has always had two "professions". After graduating from Brooklyn College with a degree in Accounting and moving on to complete his MBA from Long Island University, Brad went on to begin his successful career as an accountant. Simultaneously, Brad has never put down his camera. While these might seem like difficult skills to combine, he has managed to do a pretty good job of just that. Impressively maintaining his own accounting practice, BKGross Inc., for the last 30 years while strengthening and expanding his photography skills. No matter what the subject, Brad always manages to capture it in the perfect lighting. |
